Features

Balancing machine with double measuring bench composed by two measuring stations allowing the operator to balance a fan meanwhile a new one is being measured on the other one and so optimizing the production time.

The balancing machine may be asked complete with several options: automatic contacting, control of components presence, barcode reader, printer for labels.

A devoted photocell allows identifying with the higher accuracy where the correction clip has to be applied to correct the unbalance

The use of a light beam  allows to avoid the marking of the fan. As an option it may be asked the automatic contacting, the control of some components presence, the barcode reader, the labels printer or a reject parts output conveyor managed and completely integrated inside the CEMB instrument.
